Facts about the gray-bellied pygmy mouse
Delany (1964) found Mus minutoides to be the only species ubiquitous through all his study sites, in this study Mus minutoides only appeared within the presently grazed habitat whilst Mus triton appeared both of the other habitats, Mus minutoides is thought to be exclusively nocturnal whilst Mus triton is nocturnally and diurnally active (Delany 1974), the results of this study (shown on Table 9) support this conclusion.
